Privacy and data practices

When you contact us

We store the details you enter in the contact form: your name, company, work email, optional phone number, the services you ask about, trades, territory and message. We use them only to reply to you.

When you use the app

• Your account: email address, name and a securely hashed password.
• Your company's settings: trades, territory, team members and their roles.
• Your team's work: lead statuses, notes and an activity history, visible only to your company.

Each company's data is kept separate by access rules in the database itself. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or analytics trackers.

To stop abuse, sign-in, export and access-request attempts are counted briefly by IP address. The counts are deleted within a day.

Property data in the product

• All of it comes from free public sources, listed on the data sources page.
• Homes are shown by address only. We do not collect owner names, phone numbers or email addresses.
• Business contact details appear only when the business lists them publicly.
• Building permits are kept as a category and date. Owner, applicant and contractor names are never stored.
• We never contact property owners or businesses, and the product sends no outreach of any kind.

Service providers

• Supabase: database and sign-in (United States).
• Hetzner: website and data processing servers (Nuremberg, Germany).

Your choices

Company admins can delete their company and all of its data from the settings page. To ask what we hold about you, correct it or delete it, email hello@norndynamics.com.
